Energise Me is a charity that champions physical activity for all in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. We are working hard to make it easier for everyone to move more. Our goal is to create a happier, healthier and stronger future for local people. We won’t rest until everyone has the confidence, support and opportunity to be active on their own terms. Physical activity transforms lives. Our work is helping people to reduce their risk of major illnesses and depression. With your help, we are enabling communities to thrive. Creative Network South (CNS) acts as an advocate for the creative industries in the Central South. (Hampshire Portsmouth Southampton and the Isle of Wight. Our Objectives – To support the growth of the creative economy – To promote the growth of creative and digital businesses – To open pathways to employment in the creative and digital economy.

Swan Samba is a Hampshire-based samba fusion drumming and movement band, proudly affiliated with Roynon Performing Arts since 2019. Our core aim is to provide accessible, enjoyable drumming experiences while supporting community wellbeing, fitness, cultural connections and musical understanding. Swan Samba have performed at events across the south including Wickham Festival, Winchester Hat Fair, Andover Carnival, Winchester Bonfire Procession and Eastleigh Mela as well as numerous appearances on TV and radio. We deliver workshops across a range of schools, community organisations and corporate retreats and welcome all enquiries!
