Emma Paxton

I am an actor and theatre-maker with over twenty years experience in the industry. After training at Shakespeare and Company and more than a decade acting on film, television, theatre (and many many Shakespeare roles) I obtained my MFA at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, graduating with Distinction. I am also the founder and Co-Artistic Director of Crowbait Club UK and US (an organisation dedicated to the development of new theatrical writing) and Co-Artistic Director of award-winning theatre company, Mary Rose Productions. I’m a Coach, Trainer and Consultant working alongside, and supporting, people in theatre, arts and culture. I’m based in the New Forest. I’ve worked in the arts for 30 years, starting as Deputy Stage Manager (DSM) then Company & Stage Manager in theatre and opera – touring the UK and Europe and in the West End for over 14 years. I’ve held senior leadership roles at some of London’s leading venues including the Roundhouse and Almeida. I’ve worked across technical and production, health and safety, operations, general management and HR.

Jacqueline is the artist behind Willow and Crafts, a full-time willow sculptor creating bespoke, sustainable artworks for homes, events, and public spaces. With a passion for nature and years of experience, she transforms natural materials into expressive, handcrafted sculptures that bring warmth and character to any setting. She also runs friendly, relaxing willow weaving workshops-welcoming spaces where anyone can unwind, get creative, and connect with nature, no experience needed.
