I am a writer and a visual artist. I am passionate about intersectional inclusion and my practice supports people to express their identities and experiences through creative writing and visual art. I believe that story-telling through words and images is a powerful tool for building and strengthening communities. My skills include workshop facilitation, and event and project planning and management. I focus on creating inclusive communities, whether for a one off workshop or a long term plan. If you want to ignite imaginations and inspire empathy, I am ready to work with you. I am also a post graduate researcher in Creative Writing at the University of Portsmouth.

With over 20 years of experience in the creative industry, I’ve seen firsthand how fast things change and how easy it is to feel like you’ve been left behind. I’m a Coach, Trainer and Consultant working alongside, and supporting, people in theatre, arts and culture. I’m based in the New Forest. I’ve worked in the arts for 30 years, starting as Deputy Stage Manager (DSM) then Company & Stage Manager in theatre and opera – touring the UK and Europe and in the West End for over 14 years. I’ve held senior leadership roles at some of London’s leading venues including the Roundhouse and Almeida. I’ve worked across technical and production, health and safety, operations, general management and HR.
