About Me
I am a Fine Art graduate and Holistic Creative Practitioner based in Gosport, Hampshire. My practice brings together art, storytelling, creative exploration and reflective activities to encourage curiosity, wellbeing, connection and self-expression.
I work across community, cultural and educational settings with both adults and children, creating welcoming spaces where people can explore ideas, make, connect and discover something about themselves and one another.
My work is particularly interested in creativity as a way of connecting people, exploring different perspectives and strengthening our sense of belonging.

Helena Yasmin is a multidisciplinary artist, singer, actor, and founder of Healing for Artists. She is the creator of Hot Girls Have Trauma, a genre-blending musical exploring healing, identity, and survival through pop-R&B, movement, and storytelling. Her work spans music, visual art, performance, and essays, building emotionally rich worlds rooted in softness, transformation, and contemporary culture.
Based in BCP and open to collaborations, particularly interested in exchanges with curators, galleries, spaces, festivals across visual arts, music, theatre and film.

I am a community archaeologist & wellbeing facilitator.
I love to discover and tell untold stories from the past & to help people discover history & engage in cultural heritage. I help heritage organisations with community engagement, co-creation, education, outreach & interpretation. I offer public historical walks and talks.
I am passionate about the role heritage can play in wellbeing & communities. I enjoy taking heritage into care settings & groups, with through reminiscence & object handling. I have completed the Green Dementia Care programme am looking forward to offering Elders of the Woods sessions very soon. In community venues, I run Arts, Crafts & Archaeology workshops & work with social prescribers.
