ArtfulScribe is a literature development organisation and community interest company based in Southampton. Our mission is to pave the way for people of all backgrounds and ages to enrich their lives through written and spoken word, to amplify new voices, and to use words to strengthen communities. We support emerging and continuing writers in Hampshire, Dorset, and the Solent region to create new work and develop skills through writing workshops, live events and career-development opportunities. We provide free or low cost creative writing sessions for children, young people and adults; writing for well being sessions; and other creative programmes and live events that celebrate the written and spoken word.

I am an award-winning visual artist using moving image to create video art and installations, often incorporating multidisciplinary, site-specific and live artworks. The main focus of my work is how art and technology can be used to explore the embodiment of space by the self and other, while challenging notions of absence and presence, real and simulated, and live versus mediated experience. I use specialised equipment and innovative filmmaking techniques to engage audiences, allowing them to bring their own sense of self and experiences to the artworks.

Olivia Wallis Jackson is a British-German Contemporary Dancer, Choreographer, Photographer, Teacher, Rehearsal Director & Administrative Support Worker currently based in Hampshire and working across the South and in London. As a dance artist with an exciting blend of technical and explorative movement, she uses her unique performance skills and intellect to collaborate deeply with other artists. She strives to understand choreographers’ artistic aims and processes, fulfilling their visions to make work that is impactful and meaningful to a wide range of audiences. Alongside her work as a dancer and choreographer, Olivia is also a dance photographer and engages with community dance practice in various ways.

I am a freelance commercial photographer covering Hampshire and beyond.  I have extensive experience photographing art, exhibitions, events and performances.  I work on location in galleries, museums and attractions photographing exhibitions and visitors enjoying their experiences.  I also have a studio where I work on a variety of projects including product photography, corporate portraiture and advertising. Swan Samba is a Hampshire-based samba fusion drumming and movement band, proudly affiliated with Roynon Performing Arts since 2019. Our core aim is to provide accessible, enjoyable drumming experiences while supporting community wellbeing, fitness, cultural connections and musical understanding. Winchester Print Fair

• Winchester

Winchester Print Fair is an annual event running in May. We support predominantly local artists (within Hampshire), joined by well-known printmakers from across the UK. We are looking to raise the profile of handmade creative arts and crafts, with all printmakers producing their prints by hand in their own studios or shared spaces. We also welcome suppliers and supporters of print to encourage those just starting their journey in print. We are now a two day event, with 25 stalls in the Nutshell in Kings Walk, Winchester.

Chuckie McEwan (she/they) is a BIFA Longlisted and BAFTA recognised film producer, with 15+ years experience. Her commercial clients include CHANEL, Virgin Media, Red Bull and XBox. Chuckie co-founded Grey Moth Originals, which actively facilitates industry access routes for underrepresented filmmakers. To date the initiative has invested over £100k from commercial company profits, and completed 20+ shorts and one feature. She has lectured at UAL, University of Southampton, and Met Film School, and hosted filmmaker events and workshops with Girls in Film, BBC Comedy and BAFTA Connect. She is an alumni of the BFI x NFTS Beyond Shorts talent development programme, and is currently developing a feature film with the BFI.

I am a multi-disciplinary artist, and freelance illustrator and designer specialising in arts education, book arts, stop-frame animation, model making, and graphic design. I am a part-time lecturer on the BA Illustration course at the University of Portsmouth in the School of Architecture, Art and Design. I run my small-press publishing platform, Micro Library Books, exhibiting at illustration fairs in the UK and internationally, and since 2001 I have co-run an arts education partnership, Borbonesa, founded with fellow artists.
