Community Engagement Manager

The Community Engagement Manager plays a key role in strengthening relationships between our Totton Creative Hub and the local community who use it. They will lead outreach and engagement activities (such as open days) to build continued trust and ensure our programme reaches the children and young people, families and residents who need us the most.

Fluid Motion (FM) is an award-winning arts and health charity based at our creative support hub in Totton. We run an innovative all year round creative programme, aimed at supporting the mental health and wellbeing of people within our community, specifically children and young people between 0-25.
