About the space
SPUDWORKS is a gallery in the heart of the New Forest. It has a fantastic exhibition space, multiple workshops, artists studios and residency accommodation space. Recently added is the specialist Living Room space with hi-tech wrap-around projection, sound and lighting. All of this located in beautiful gardens, that are accessible to all. SPUDWORKS is home to a thriving community of artists and offers workshops for people of all ages and abilities.
What facilities/accessibility features does it have?
Fully accessible site and toilet facilities. Most of the site is on one level with gradual slopes to access the gardens and studios. There are 2 workshops spaces available to rent offering differing facilities, including sound, projection, and video conferencing. A third workshop is run by Art Angels offering a variety of bookable creative workshops 7 days per week. The gallery is open 10am-4pm but workshop spaces can be hired from 8am-10pm daily. SPUDWORKS has 7 artist studios spaces and an overnight accommodation residency space, which can be booked for self-funded residency of one week or more. Externally SPUDWORKS has a variety of seating and relaxation areas in the mature gardens - making for great breakout spaces.

Hourly rate: Gallery visits are FREE. Workshop spaces vary from £10-20 per hour to rent.
