Princes Hall has several spaces for hire that are perfect for community groups. We can provide a light, airy space that will be perfect for groups of all sizes. Our catering team can provide refreshments and we offer technical expertise to fully support your event.

Furniture: Tables and chairs set up to your chosen layout (cabaret, theatre, boardroom, U-shape). Presentation & Tech: PA system and microphones (lapel, handheld, lectern). Projector and screen (available on request). Flipcharts and pens. Lectern. Wi-Fi internet access. Accessibility & Comfort: Accessible toilets and baby-changing facilities. Lift access (for upstairs Edinburgh Suite). Natural daylight and blackout blinds in some suites. Catering & Refreshments: Licensed bars (can be opened on request). Tea/coffee service and catering available by arrangement. Support Services: Events staff to help with setup.
