About Me

I am a writer and performer with a passion for writing about Aldershot and the stories of women. I co-created a historical play based on Marianne Young’s book, Aldershot and all about it for the Rushmoor Heritage Festival in 2025. I wrote and delivered At Home with Miss Daniels – a guided walk for the Festival in 2026. I launched memoir writing workshops at the Farnham Literary Festival and run them locally and online.

I am writing a memoir Intimate Strangers about the world’s longest separated twins I helped reunite. I am a published poet working on a collection – Hometown Aldershot. I perform my poetry at local events and open mics. Some of my illustrated poems have been exhibited at The West End Centre and are on sale as greeting cards.

I am a professional visual artist and creative producer, celebrated for vibrant, layered explorations of colour. Guided by synaesthetic perception, my meticulously crafted abstract works transform sound and emotion into striking abstractions that captivate with both energy and depth. I collaborate with musicians and sound designers closely and have exhibited internationally, with work represented by Saatchi. I have over 20 years of working in the Rushmoor community as a creative producer, founded the music charity Forward 4 Wiz Trust in 2007 and currently work at Aldershot’s West End Centre as the Community Programmes Manager.

From branding and websites to event apps and interactive cultural experiences, I help people share their stories, reach wider audiences and bring ideas to life. I believe creativity has the power to create and connect. I enjoy listening to people, understanding their ideas and exploring how I can help bring their vision to life. Have a project or idea?
