About Us

Flip Computing is an inclusion-first technology education company for all ages with a focus on creative technology. We create and review technical curriculums for primary school through to industry professionals. We have worked with Unity and the Unreal Editor for Fortnite. We provide consultancy on making technology education resources and tools inclusive and accessible.

We’re the creators of Flock XR a browser-based 3D coding and creativity tool for young people aged 9-14+. Flock XR (eXtended Reality) allows young people to expressive themselves creatively and develop forward-facing skills for careers in creative and tech industries. Flock XR is free to use and has received funding from NLnet Foundation and the UK Game Fund.

Buttercross Creative is a small Winchester creative studio that creates visual communication through craftsmanship in typography and graphic design to express heritage, luxury, arts and culture with clients in the South of England, such as Hampshire Cultural Trust, Winchester City Council, Visit Eastbourne, Fareham Borough Council and Railway Heritage Trust. Individually, we are freelance graphic designers with a reach into London, and between us, we have a client list including Sotheby’s, Arup Group, Clarks, Transport for London and Searcys.

Grounded in lived experience, always free, and based within their neighbourhoods our work is place based and delivered through eight interconnected strands that ‘wrap around’ all parts of a young person’s life: Youth Voice & Influence, Youth in Community, Youth & Family, Youth Mentoring, Youth Health & Wellbeing, Youth Skills, Youth Futures, and Youth Hubs.
