I’m a coach, consultant, and facilitator helping arts and culture organisations strengthen boards, improve governance, and plan for a sustainable future. I work with creative, purpose-driven teams to make change practical – whether through board development, leadership coaching, or strategic planning. With experience across charities, cultural organisations and business, my goal is simple: help you stay focused, embrace change, and thrive while staying true to your mission. I work in a couple of ways – Off-the-shelf – I have existing packages I can tweak to meet your needs if you’re looking for work around reminiscence, training or family workshops. Bespoke – if you’re looking for support with a project or new activity including exhibition text, trails, consultation etc. Coming from a land-based background, I have a particular interest in rural communities and issues around land-based occupations, community and heritage. I am an award-winning visual artist using moving image to create video art and installations, often incorporating multidisciplinary, site-specific and live artworks. The main focus of my work is how art and technology can be used to explore the embodiment of space by the self and other, while challenging notions of absence and presence, real and simulated, and live versus mediated experience. I use specialised equipment and innovative filmmaking techniques to engage audiences, allowing them to bring their own sense of self and experiences to the artworks.
