Dave Norton – allthedays

I am a theatre performer, movement practitioner, educator, and parent artist. I trained in the UK, Malta, and Greece, and have worked on performance projects and interdisciplinary collaborations in Europe and the UK for the past 15 years. My creative practice is informed by contemporary performance devising. The work is physical, visual and poetic; it shifts between presence and representation, layers mythologies with true stories and looks for surprising uses of movement, sound and objects. My current creative work focuses on the natural world, ecology and outdoor arts. In my research and projects, I look for meaningful ways to weave the natural world into my movement language, choreographies and performance artworks.

I deliver learning, engagement, interpretation and digital comms. My website has examples of what I can deliver. I work in a couple of ways – Off-the-shelf – I have existing packages I can tweak to meet your needs if you’re looking for work around reminiscence, training or family workshops. Bespoke – if you’re looking for support with a project or new activity including exhibition text, trails, consultation etc. Coming from a land-based background, I have a particular interest in rural communities and issues around land-based occupations, community and heritage. Hello I’m Emma and I’m a Graphic Recorder and Illustrator. I create hand drawn visuals to capture content and tell stories – it’s my job to visualise your content so people love it, remember it, and keep coming back to it. As a Graphic Recorder I draw live at events and meetings to capture the key ideas and outcomes. As an Illustrator I create hand drawn digital images to tell stories and explain complex information. My work is, colourful, fun and creative. It starts conversations and helps connect ideas and people. It’s mind-catching and memorable. It’s eye-catching, printable and easily shareable.
