We focus on breaking down barriers, supporting personal growth, and strengthening the community. We offer a diverse range of creative workshops designed to enhance both physical and mental well-being while fostering a connection with nature. These activities could include circus arts, dance, yoga, qigong, tai chi, physical theatre, and storytelling. We also create participatory performances that encourage creative involvement and self-expression, helping to reduce feelings of isolation and cultivating social bonds.

Winnall Rock School – Making Music, Changing Lives.
Founded in 2004, we are a charity based at Unit 12 in Winchester for young people of all abilities to access exciting music-making experiences. We have a strong focus on supporting mental health and personal wellbeing.
Our main service is our regular free music workshops, support and challenges for 10-17 year olds from all backgrounds and abilities. We give places to anyone wanting to pursue their musical ambitions, although priority is given to those who find it difficult for financial, educational, social or emotional reasons to access commercial provision or need other support.
We also run short-term projects and welcome partnerships to support access to local cultural opportunities.
