About Us
This free, two-hour workshop offers a relaxed and supportive space to explore confidence in everyday communication. Through gentle group exercises, you’ll be guided to discover simple tools to feel calmer and more grounded when expressing yourself.
We’ll explore:
– How breathing can help steady nerves.
– How posture can influence how we feel.
– Learn basic tools to manage anxiety and imposter syndrome.
This workshop forms part of the wider creative project around the play ‘Becoming Simone’ offering space to explore its themes in an open, practical and welcoming way. Participants will be offered a free ticket to the show. This workshop is open to anyone who identifies as a woman, whether cis, transgender or non binary.
