Building a strong grant budget

Location: Gosport Museum and Art Gallery PO12 1NS.
Many grant applications fail because their budgets are unclear, incomplete, or poorly justified. A strong budget is more than just numbers – it demonstrates that you’ve planned thoroughly, understand the costs involved, and can realistically deliver the project. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to: Build a detailed, accurate budget that aligns with your project goals. Break down costs clearly and justify each expense. Avoid common mistakes that lead to rejection.
