We have 3 studios available for short or long term hire; suitable for a variety of different purposes. We have a variety of hirers who use our studios for their own dance & fitness businesses, or for practice space for extra rehearsals, meetings and seminars or for social gatherings.

Studio 1

Studio 2

• Located on the 1st floor

• Our smallest room
• Cost – £17.50 per hour
• Studio 2 is 8m x 4m

Studio 3

• Located on the 1st floor
• Air conditioned
• High performance speaker system
• Sprung floor with Le Mark flooring
• Our largest room
• Cost – £30.00 per hour
• Studio 3is 13m x 7m

Office hire:

We have a lovely office space available for short or long term hire, within our Eastleigh Town Centre Studios. The office is suitable for a variety of different purposes and is available to any local business looking for a space to grow their own business. Previous hirers have included tutoring, counselling and 1:1 music lessons. We offer flexible rental – the office is available hourly, daily, weekly or  ongoing long term hire.
