About the space

Hampshire Record Office offers a range of meeting and event facilities that can accommodate up to 80 guests. Our versatile space and facilities are suitable for a variety of corporate events and private functions including:

  • business meetings
  • screenings
  • exhibitions
  • product launches

Venue hire is not available on Sundays.

What facilities/accessibility features does it have?

Hampshire Record Office is a modern building with even, carpeted flooring throughout. The building is well lit by both natural and artificial light. All facilities for research are on the ground floor. All floors are accessible by a customer lift.

Hourly rate: Varies dependent on day and time of booking. Please enquire.
