Hat Fair Volunteer – Winchester Saturday 5th July 2025

We welcome volunteers aged 18 and over to work with our annual Outdoor Arts festival team, Hat Fair.

Be part of the team that makes the UK’s longest continually running festival of Outdoor Arts come to life.

Each year we need lots of volunteers to help keep our audiences smiling and our events running smoothly.

Play to the Crowd is an arts and education charity. Our family comprises of: Theatre Royal Winchester – a beautiful middle scale heritage theatre. Hat Fair – the oldest continuously operating Outdoor Arts Festival in the country. Playmakers – a range of community engagement and creative learning programmes and activities.
