Skills Booster – New Forest.
This two-year grant programme for New Forest community organisations is funded by the Charles Burnett Memorial Fund.
In his lifetime, Charles was passionate about the idea of supporting people to be lifelong learners. He knew that excellent education could be found outside of a classroom, in settings as diverse as the forest or local community centre. This inclusive spirit of education is at the heart of this grant programme.
Charles was a New Forest resident, and this fund is designated for community organisations based in and supporting people in the New Forest.
