Volunteer Arts Workers

Vacancy for two Volunteer Arts Workers.

Creative Response is an arts for wellbeing charity based in Farnham, supporting people experiencing mental ill-health and learning disabilities. We are looking for additional volunteers to join our team and help support a new pilot service based out of Rushmoor, supporting new participants. Our service runs term-time only, and the volunteers would be required to support us on Tuesdays in either Farnborough or Aldershot, depending on the need, for approximately 4 hours. Our groups are run by artists and craftspeople, helping facilitate high quality sessions by supporting participants in their creative practice. The volunteer’s role would be to support the arts worker in facilitating the group.

Creative response is an Arts charity who offer a unique, supportive environment, promoting personal resilience and wellbeing through the arts, working with individuals who are vulnerable due to mental health issues, learning difficulties, physical difficulties and substance misuse problems. Our team work alongside participants to share skills and creativity in a safe, supportive and understanding environment.
